Facebook Community Manager
Full Job Description
Location: Citec Mbora, Abuja
1. Content creation and curation: creating and curating content for the community. This may include writing copy, creating graphics and visuals, and producing videos and other multimedia content.
2. Moderation: Moderate the community to ensure that it remains a safe
and positive environment for members. remove inappropriate content, enforce group rules, and resolve conflicts.
3. Customer service: respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support.
4. Analytics and reporting: tracking and analyzing data to measure the performance of the community. Should be able to use facebook Insights and other analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
5. Engagement: foster member to member interaction ,engaging with members of the community. Should respond to comments and messages, host live events, and foster discussions to keep members engaged.
6. Strategy: responsible for developing and implementing a strategy for the community. set goals, plan content, and measure success.
Requirement/Skills
1. must have a deep understanding of Facebook Pages and Groups.
2. Content creation: should be able to create engaging content that resonates with the community. be able to write compelling copy, create eye-catching visuals, and produce videos and other multimedia content.
3. should be able to use Facebook Ads to promote the group and reach new members. should be able to create effective ad campaigns, set budgets, and analyze ad performance.
4. excellent customer service knowledge
5. should be able to track and analyze data to measure the performance of the group. They should be able to use Facebook Insights and other analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities
6. He /she should be familiar with community management software, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
7. Facebook Live streaming knowledge
8. Ability to manage team
9. Strategy skills for designing programs
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦120,000.00 – ₦180,000.00 per month
