Job Summary

Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling marketing activities to achieve the objectives of the organization. As well as maintaining good relationships with new and existing customers. Develop strategies and craft sales plans for the fashion store to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Planning and organizing Marketing Activities
• Coordinate and implement strategic ideas to attract new clients.
• Planned, initiate, implement, and manage all business sales and marketing activities in the organization.
• Develop and oversee implementations of sales & marketing strategies to achieve defined business growth objectives across all sales channels.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years working experience as a Sales Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Communications.
• Digital marketing skills.
• Membership in the Nigerian Institute of Marketing Certification will be an added advantage
• Excellent polite and persuasive communication skills
• Passionate, smart worker, and well-organized professional with the power to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to meet deadlines and pays attention to detail
• Good collaboration with all other staff members
• Can work well in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working in a frontline customer-facing role will be an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦100,000.00 per month

Experience:

• managing a fashion retail store: 2 years (Required)
