My life started taking shape after my university when I discovered that I could easily influence people through the things I do effortlessly. Helping people see the professional side of their lives and encouraging EXCELLENCE wasn’t so much of a job to do. I was privileged to serve my Nation as a Youth Corps Member in an International Information Technology Firm, where I gained experience and developed professional behaviour which supported me to achieve my career goals. I was always eager to strive for knowledge and experience rather than waiting for an opportunity to come my way. The result of this principle was becoming the Human Resources Manager for the same organization.
Before then, I had and still have a passion for making customers leave calls smiling. This means that I worked as a Contact Center Representative for various organizations in the Business Process Outsourcing-BPO arm of the same IT firm.
